Hi, I'm Isuru.
A certified Notion consultant. I care less about pretty templates and more about how your team actually feels when they open their workspace.
For the last five years I've helped agencies, SaaS startups and solo founders replace the mess of Trello, Sheets and sticky notes with one Notion workspace that's calm, fast and genuinely nice to open.
My background is in operations, so I don't just make things look tidy. I design systems around how you actually work: databases that talk to each other, automations that remove busywork, and documentation your team will follow.
I work remotely from Sri Lanka with clients across the UK, US, Europe and Asia. Async-friendly, calm communication, and delivery that's usually early.
A few things I believe about good systems
Calm beats clever
A workspace nobody opens is worthless. I optimise for the feeling of "I know exactly where that goes", not for showing off features.
Systems, not templates
Generic templates ignore how you actually work. I design around your real workflow, then strip away everything you don't need.
Adoption is the deliverable
The build isn't done when it's pretty. It's done when your team uses it without being chased. That's why training and docs come standard.
Think we'd work well together? Let's talk.
Book a discovery call and we'll map out where things are now, what a calmer setup looks like for your team, and how I'd build it.
